For Families & Caregivers

If your loved one has had a stroke or other neurological event and struggles with movement, speech, daily activities, or cognition — structured rehabilitation can make a real difference. Your neurologist or discharge team can confirm. But if you're unsure, just tell us what happened and we'll help you figure out the right next step.
A care coordinator calls you within 24 hours of your request. Specialist matching typically happens within 48-72 hours, depending on your city and your family member's specific needs.
Per-session rates are ₹400–800, depending on the specialist. You see the exact rate before you book — all fees disclosed upfront. Save with session packs: 5-pack at 5% off (valid 60 days), or 10-pack at 10% off (valid 90 days). Pay via UPI, card, or net banking through the app.
We use validated medical scales: Barthel Index for daily function and independence, Tinetti for balance and fall risk, and Grip Strength for motor recovery. These are the same scales used in hospitals — not invented by us. This means your specialist's progress reports mean something, and can be shared with your neurologist.
We're currently serving families in Bhopal. Expanding to Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Pune, and Hyderabad. Join the waitlist and we'll notify you the moment we launch in your area. In the meantime, we can connect you with teleconsultation options.
Yes, anytime. If the fit isn't right — for any reason — tell your care coordinator and we'll match you with someone else. Your loved one's records transfer seamlessly. No awkward conversations needed.
Your specialist creates a daily exercise plan with video demonstrations for every movement. You and your family member follow the plan at home, log what's done in the app, and your specialist monitors progress remotely. You can message them with questions anytime — on the app or WhatsApp.
Yes. For urgent concerns, your care team is available through the app. Got a question at midnight about swelling or pain? You're not alone. For true medical emergencies, always call 112 first — Aptcure is not a replacement for emergency services.

For Providers

Physiotherapists need a BPTh or MPTh. OTs, speech pathologists, and other specialists need their relevant professional degrees. We verify everything during onboarding. Neuro-rehab experience is preferred but not required — we also welcome providers genuinely looking to specialise in this area.
A transparent platform commission on each session, communicated clearly during onboarding. For your first 3 months, commission is 0% — try the platform with zero financial risk. You always set your own session rates.
Never. Your patients are yours. We will never reassign a patient without your explicit consent. If you leave the platform, your patient relationships remain yours. We're infrastructure for your practice, not a middleman.
Families pay through the app. Your earnings are settled to your bank account every week — every Tuesday like clockwork. No cash, no chasing, no awkward payment conversations with families. Track everything in the provider app.
Usually 48 hours. You'll need your degree certificates, registration number, and government ID. Once verified, you can start receiving patient matches immediately — often within 72 hours of signup.
Absolutely. Many of our providers use Aptcure alongside hospital work or private practice. You set your own availability and control how many patients you take on. It's your schedule.

General

We're starting with stroke rehabilitation — it's where the gap is widest. We're expanding to traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and Parkinson's disease. The platform is designed for any condition where structured, specialist-guided rehabilitation happens at home.
Yes. All health data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and healthcare security best practices. You control who sees your clinical information — your data is never sold or shared without your explicit consent.
The app is in English and Hindi now. Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Bengali are coming soon. Your specialist is matched partly based on language — so they can communicate with your family member in the language they're most comfortable with.
The Aptcure app works on Android and iOS. For families who prefer WhatsApp, we support key workflows there too — daily exercise reminders, progress summaries, and specialist communication. Works on basic smartphones.
